We utilize an established Design-Bid-Build method for preparations in delivering a new construction project. We perform all the Pre-planning work and Pre Procurement resourcing prior to project execution. We provide all studies, analysis, Geotechnical work, complete package of plans and specifications ready for Bid, For Permit and/ or For Building Construction including all scope of work, project execution plans, lift pans, safety plans etc.
Tanner Corporation solicits bids from our data base of pre-qualified sub-contractors, vendors, manufacturers and suppliers for all construction and commissioning/ spares pricing for the project and award the project to all successful bidder(s) after client construction contract has been awarded.
Tanner Corporation can provide feasibility studies and design development in support of the building construction project and prepare cost estimates for use in the Financial Investment Decision (FID) phase for committees, Boards, end users, Tenants or Owners. The Pre Construction process starts with planning, scope of work development, project execution planning, building construction methodology development and review, conceptual and estimates.
Our Third Party Design Team(s) starts with a schematic design, followed by Design development and culminates in a construction document ready for our Third Party Engineering Teams review, calculations and approvals. All professionals are licensed and are in good standing with the State where they provide services.
Our Pre-construction services encompass all activities that support the planning of each project. Tanner Corporation hydro cutting uses 45,000 psi water pressure and garnet abrasive to make high-precision cuts in metal or concrete surfaces. Unlike oxy/acetylene torches, hydro cutting is flame-free and safe for use in explosive atmospheres. Automated control assures accuracy and consistency for both straight and beveled cuts.
